We are searching for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, providing them with the personalized care they deserve.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management.
- Advocate for residents' rights and ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and therapists.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- Current and active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills, assessment abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resident-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
